How To Draw Orange
Method-1:
Step-1:
Draw a circle around the fruit to outline it.
Step-2:
Using an orange stem, draw and erase as needed. Make a cylinder with a small cylinder sticking out of one side. Make the tips tiny.
Step-3:
Identify the stem by drawing a leaf. Make a leaf outline by combining two curved lines. Create the central vein by drawing a curve through the leaf. Make smaller veins by drawing short, curved lines from the vein.
Step-4:
Make the orange textured. Extend the stem with curved lines. Make the orange dotted.
Step-5:
Draw an oval overlapping a portion of the orange. That’ll be another orange.
Step-6:
Within the first oval, draw a scalloped oval. Connect the curved lines to make the scalloped oval. An orange half sliced open to illustrate the intersection of the peel and flesh.
Step-7:
Create an irregular shape at the center of the orange by enclosing it with a series of connected, curved lines. From the center, draw several curved lines extending outwards. These are the carpels that join the orange sections.
Step-8:
Connect the bottom and the top of the orange by drawing a “C”-shaped line around one side. Sliced oranges have an outer peel formed by this line.

Make lots of dots on the orange peel.

Step-1:
The outline of the orange should be drawn in an oval shape. Be sure to make sure that the top, bottom, and sides are all symmetrical.
Step-2:
Add a pedicel (the green tip on one side) to the orange. Make it seem as if it has a star-shaped tip, but with longer/larger tips that point to the viewer. A little bump is drawn within the shape starting from the start.
A couple of curved lines should be added along the pedicel to give the orange some wrinkles around that area.
Step-3:
Using a black pen, marker, or darker pencil, you can now go over the orange line drawing. With a few tiny curves that almost look like dots, you can also add a hint of its texture. This should be placed across the bottom right corner of the orange, opposite the pedicel.
Drawing them right away is possible if you feel confident enough. Adding them with a pencil first is a good idea if you are unsure how to arrange them correctly.

You can paint, color with colored pencils or use markers to decorate the orange. Orange itself must be orange, and green pedicel must be green. The orange should still have a few small white marks on its skin (light reflecting from the shiny texture). Highlights should be placed slightly above the pedicel. Rather than having just one big pot, you want a few white pots to emphasize what the skin is like, which will break up the highlight.

The stem of the fruit should now draw. I recommend a very thin stem with a slight curve. Describe the part of the stem connecting it to the fruit in the lower part of the stem.

You will need to draw an orange leaf. It appears that the leaf is made up of two lines, first diverging to the center, then converging at an acute angle at the point of convergence. Draw a light line between the two parts.

Make sure your fruit drawing is free of guidelines by using an eraser to remove them. Afterward, create a small number of C-shaped lines to create a citrus fruit texture.

The orange should be painted now. In order to accentuate the orange color of the fruit (instead of the obvious green), the leaf needs to be painted orange. If you would like your citrus drawing to be more aesthetic and voluminous, you can add some shadows.
