Flockdraw does not require accounts and collects no personal profiles. To provide the collaborative drawing service, we process:

• Drawing data (strokes, shapes, text, and background colors) you create within rooms
• Room identifiers for collaborative sessions
• Temporary, randomly generated session identifiers used for real-time presence
• Basic, aggregate usage analytics to keep the service fast and reliable

Images you add to a board are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we process is used to:

• Enable real-time collaborative drawing between room participants
• Store and synchronize drawings so a room looks the same for everyone who opens it
• Improve and optimize platform performance
• Respond to messages you send us through the contact form

3. Contact Form

When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you provide, and we use them solely to reply to your inquiry. This information is transmitted to us by email and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

4. Data Storage and Security

Drawing data is stored with industry-standard security controls and transmitted over encrypted connections. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

5. Room Links and Visibility

Rooms are identified by random links. Anyone who has a room link can view and draw on that room's canvas, so share links only with people you want to collaborate with. We do not publish room links or list rooms anywhere.

6. Data Retention

Drawing data is retained so that rooms remain available to their participants. You can clear a room's contents at any time using the Clear button on the drawing board, which removes its stored drawing data.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Flockdraw does not use advertising cookies. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (such as page-view counts and performance metrics) to understand how the service is used and to keep it fast.

8. Children's Privacy

Flockdraw is a general-audience service and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
