By accessing or using Flockdraw (flockdraw.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

Flockdraw provides a free, browser-based collaborative drawing board. Rooms are created on demand and shared by link. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Flockdraw to:

• Create or share content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or exploitative
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Disrupt or degrade the service, including automated abuse or attempts to gain unauthorized access
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization

We may remove content or restrict access to rooms that violate these terms.

4. Your Content

You retain any rights you hold in the drawings you create. By drawing in a room, you grant other participants in that room the ability to view, modify, and build on the shared canvas, and you grant us the limited license needed to store and transmit the drawing data so the service works. Remember that anyone with a room's link can view and change its contents.

5. No Warranty

Flockdraw is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that drawing data will be preserved indefinitely. Export anything you want to keep.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flockdraw and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
